It being in the works across several years and commissioned in 2015, Institution Design Group is institution transformation platform for designing better, responsible, enduring institutions for a better tomorrow. We are pioneering a unique proposition that seeks to design High Potential Enterprise™ through Purpose Led Business Architecture.

It is an outcome of an epic journey that began more than 2 decades back. A journey that has involved experiential learning, mindset defining experiences, relationship dimensions and insights that have shaped our core beliefs, value systems and value proposition.

We have a simple story to share – what goes into the psyche of building great institutions and are there common threads that connect such vanguard institutions irrespective of their size, sector, solution, scale and jurisdiction. Institution design as a commitment begins with leadership mindset change defined around greater purpose and internal alignment. It is essential that leaders arrive at decisions that are based on objectivity, jettison dogmatic industry viewpoints and act clearly, decisively and transparently through deep conscience.
